"A Reflection on Unstructured Learning"

The passage The Watchmen has a major theme of self doubt. The protagonist in the passge is trying to find himself and figure out who he is. He is trying to find his "costume" and a name for himself. He thinks of himself as stupid for every name he comes up with. The man is also trying to figure out where he fits in by him trying to figure out his "costume." He is unsure of the type of person he is and unsure of himself which shows his self doubt.
